"Off The Record" will be back with a second season of interviews soon. Off The Record is a radio show broadcast on Stillstream, hosted by Mik, which features music and conversations with some of the best artists in ambient and electronic music. Past interviews have been Robert Rich, Claire Fitch and Altus. Upcoming interviews will have Hollydrift, Gregg Plummer, Numina and many more. March-May 2009:
Two new projects are under way for Director Marc Steele.
- Post Audio work on "Future Perfect" (2008) - already an award winner at the Honolulu International Film Festival. Sound editing and sweetening will take about two weeks, then it is off to more festivals.
- Location and Post will begin on "Marvin's Plan" (2009) in Late May. Check back for updates on the film and release dates.
Jan-March 2009:
Post Audio dialog and sound editing are complete for the Steve Coker/Hunter's Moon Production of "Crackin' The Code" (2009).
The first two selection stops are The Cairo and Brooklyn International Film Festivals, then several European festivals and back in the US for more later in the year. Check back for updates and awards.
Jan-Feb 2009:
Stars End/Chuck Van Zyl Picks "Ambient Space"One of the best releases in 2008, as well as and sequel album "Planetary Motion" a top 10 release so far 2009 through March.
Sonoprint would like to thank Chuck Van Zyl for the kind words and support over the past year. It is exciting to be played on a show like Stars End, and very humbling to be in the company of greats like Ian Boddy, Steve Roach, Eno and others.

Sept-Oct 2008:
The Scott Urquhart film "Creeping Death" (2008) is complete. Sonoprint sound work on the film included atmospheres, music, post audio editing and SFX design.

Fall 2008:
For Immediate Release-
Sonoprint releases the album "Planetary Motion." This is the second space music concept album by Sonoprint and much anticipated sequel to the popular "Ambient Space" (2007).
Planetary Motion does more than just pick up where 'Ambient Space' left off. This album is an incredible mix of choirs, hammering percussions, delicate piano, spacey guitars, soft synth technology and analog favorites. Aug-Sept 2008:
Post audio and dialog sound is finished for the Lin Sorrensen film "Uncle Sam's House" (2008). It should open soon, check the Dream Engine Films website for more information.
April 2008:
"Automorphosis" (2007), the Harrod Blank documentary, is finally released and screening at festivals. See the Sonoprint song "Distance" in the film during the scene with renowned psychic Uri Geller. Tons of fun, thanks Harrod.
Spring 2008:
For Immediate Release-
Sonoprint releases the album "Water Music." Water Music was produced for use in relaxation, meditation, yoga, healing, spa sessions or any other situation where deeply relaxing tones and flowing instumentation are wanted.

Jan-Feb 2008:
Mik launches two new projects.
- Sunflower Children's Music, producing music especially for young children. Check out the album "Lullabies" in our Listening Room.
- Transmission 11:11, an industrial metal music project with newcomer Thomas Almond. The 11:11 site is here.

The Discovery/TLC Canada Pilot "Beyond The Veil" soundtrack has been remastered and is for sale in the Downloads area.
The Pete Pfiefer documentary "Heroin" (2005-2006) is on IMDB. Hear the Sonoprint song "Darker Through Water" in the film.
