festival, this time the World of Comedy FF march 3-7 in
Toronto, Canada.

Marvin's Plan update - Director Marc Steele
secured the first bit of distribution for Marvin's Plan. It
will show at 15 first run theaters for 9 showings at each
theatre.

Scott Raymond WVKR DJ has picked up "Deep Flight Expedition
and will be playing it on his show. Past albums played have
been "Planetary Motion" and "Ambient Space."

Productions "Marvin's Plan" is screening at the Gig Harbor
film festival October 16-18th and The Myrtle Beach IFF
December 1-5th.
2009 Soundtrack update:
The popular Sonoprint song "Distance" has
been featured in yet another soundtrack - this time in a
video game called "Last Man Dreaming." The song can be

masterpiece which features a decade of documentary work on
art cars around the world.

plan and are starting post soon. Chris Davis is editing and
Mik will put finishing touches on sound in a few weeks.

2009:
Location and post audio will be under way in June for
"Thanks For Everything" (2009) a new film
by Writer/Actor/Directors Chase Offerle and Jesten
Mariconda. Check back for updates.
"Off The Record" will be back with a
second season of interviews soon. Off The Record is a radio
show broadcast on Stillstream, hosted by Mik, which
features music and conversations with some of the best
artists in ambient and electronic music. Past interviews
have been Robert Rich, Claire Fitch and Altus. Upcoming
interviews will have Hollydrift, Gregg Plummer, Numina and
many more. Check out the show 7:00 PM Pacific Time Zone
(GMT-8:00), www.stillstream.com.
March-June 2009:
Two new projects are under way for Director Marc Steele.
- Post Audio work on "Future Perfect" (2008) - already an award winner at the Honolulu International Film Festival. Sound editing and sweetening will take about two weeks, then it is off to more festivals. --- UPDATE - FP will be screened at the Bare Bones Festival on April 25th with the newly remixed audio.
- "Marvin's Plan" (2009) begins shooting on May 16th. Check back for Details. It looks like we'll have Galvin Collins (Crackin' The Code) behind the camera for this film.
Jan-March 2009:
Post Audio dialog and sound editing are complete for the Steve Coker/Hunter's Moon Production of "Crackin' The Code" (2009).
The first two selection stops are The Cairo and Brooklyn International Film Festivals, then several European festivals and back in the US for more later in the year. Check back for updates and awards.

Stars End/Chuck Van Zyl Picks "Ambient Space"One of the best releases in 2008, as well as and sequel album "Planetary Motion" a top 10 release so far 2009 through March.
Sonoprint would like to thank Chuck Van Zyl for the kind words and support over the past year. It is exciting to be played on a show like Stars End, and very humbling to be in the company of greats like Ian Boddy, Steve Roach, Eno and others.

The Scott Urquhart film "Creeping Death" (2008) is complete. Sonoprint sound work on the film included atmospheres, music, post audio editing and SFX design.

Fall 2008:

"Automorphosis" (2007), the Harrod Blank documentary, is finally released and screening at festivals. See the Sonoprint song "Distance" in the film during the scene with renowned psychic Uri Geller. Tons of fun, thanks Harrod.
